Sarah J. Ridgway to Nancy L. Crist - Part of Lot 25

On 6 Oct 1821, James J. Dozier sold a part of Shepherdsville lot #25 to Edward McDade who sold it to Richard P. Simmons.

Simmons' heirs would later sell the ground to Henry J. Craycroft. Craycroft would later sell it to Wesley Phelps. Phelps then sold the tract to Joseph Collier. This was the northernmost 40 feet of lot 25. Collier next sold the lot and house to Harriet Travis, whose heirs then sold it to Sarah J. Ridgway. Sarah would next sell the lot to Nancy L. Crist, as shown below.

Nancy would later enter into an arrangement with R. J. Meyler in which she deeded her part of lot 25 to him, and he deeded his part of lots 55 & 56 to her, with some money changing hands.
