On 7 Jun 1808, William De Rohan sold Shepherdsville Lot 43 (new plan) to William Graham. Graham then sold it to Henry Oldham on 18 Jul 1808. Oldham next sold it to Nathan Miles Jr. on 21 Nov 1821. Miles next sold it to John Williams on 13 Sep 1823. On 17 Nov 1827, Williams sold a narrow stip of the lot to William Jones after Jones mistakenly built his house over the line. Then on the 14 Feb 1831, Williams sold the rest of the lot to Matthew Wilson, as shown below.

This indenture made this 14th day of February 1831 between John Williams and Mary his wife of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky of the one part and Matthew Wilson of the county and state aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said John Williams and Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum $150 to them in hand paid by the said Matthew Wilson have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargains and sell unto the said Matthew Wilson, his heirs and assigns forever a certain lot of ground in the town of Shepherdsville known on the new plan of said town by the number 43.
There is reserved out of this lot a small strip on the side adjoining Jones' house on the east, enough to make the line run with the wall of Jones' house, which was conveyed by Williams to Jones, see the deed of record in the Bullitt County Court.
With all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said Wilson, his heirs &c forever. And the said John Williams and Mary his wife doth covenent to and with said Wilson, his heirs &c that they will and their heirs shall warrant and forever defend the said lot of ground and appurtenances unto the said Wilson, his heirs &c against the claim of themselves and their heirs, and against the claim of all other persons claiming by through or under them, and all other persons claiming or to claim the same. Witness the hands and seals of the covenanters.
