On 2 Nov 1827, Matthew Wilson sold lots 5 and 6 to Brooky Barker. Barker sold both lots to William Standiford on 21 Jan 1833, as shown below. Standiford would sell lots 5 & 6 to William Hardiman in 1838.
Barker had purchased lots 85 and 86 from the town trustees in 1827, and sold them to Standiford, along with a one acre tract just north of these lots. Standiford later sold the one acre tract along with lots 85 and 86 to William R. Thompson as shown below.

This indenture made this first day of August 1838 between William Standiford of the county of Jefferson and state of Kentucky of one part and William R. Thompson of Bullitt County and same state of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said William Standiford for and in consideration of the sum of $100 in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain and sell and convey unto the said William R. Thompson and his heirs forever the following lot or parcel of land adjoining the town of Shepherdsville, and the property now owned and occupied by Henry F. Kalfus and bounded as follows, to wit.
Beginning on Third Street, running thence the course of the town lots North 6 1/2° East 139'5" to a stake or to the line of H. F. Kalfus, and thence westwardly the course of the town lots 198'11" to Plumb Street when extended, thence southwestwardly the course of the town lots with a line of Plumb Street 139'5" to Third Street, and with said Third Street eastwardly the course of the town lots 198'11" to the beginning, more or less, be the same here conveyed.
This boundary includes the small lots taken off and sold by the trustees from Third Street numbered 85 and 86 and being the same lot and ground sold and conveyed by Brooky Barker and wife to said Standiford by deed dated 21st January 1833, recorded in Bullitt County Court office in Deed Book G, page 456 with its appurtenances be the quantity more or less.
To have and to hold a lot of ground and appurtenances here conveyed unto the said William R. Thompson and to his heirs forever. And said William Standiford does hereby covenant and agree to and with the said William R. Thompson to warrant and forever defend the title to said lot or parcel of land here conveyed unto him the said William R. Thompson and to his heirs and assigns forever against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever by this his deed in fee simple with General Warranty. In testimony whereof the said William Standiford hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and date aforesaid. (signed) William Standiford
