On 2 Nov 1827, Matthew Wilson sold lots 5 and 6 to Brooky Barker. Barker sold both lots to William Standiford on 21 Jan 1833, as shown below. Standiford would sell lots 5 & 6 to William Hardiman in 1838.
Barker had purchased lots 85 and 86 from the town trustees in 1827, and sold them to Standiford with this deed.

This indenture made this 21st day of January 1833 between Brooky Barker and Margaret his wife of the first part and William Standiford of the other part, all of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
Witnesseth that said Barker and wife for and in consideration of the sum of $250 current money to them in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold, aliened, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto the said Standiford, his heirs and assigns forever the following lots and land in the town of Shepherdsville and adjoining thereto to-wit, those lots known and designated on the new plan of said town by the numbers five and six and two small lots numbered by the Trustees of said town in their minute book 85 and 86. The lot or parcel of land adjoining to siad town is bounded as follows, to-wit. Beginning on Third Street, thence North 6 1/2° East 139 feet, 5 inches to a stake, thence westwardly the course of the town lots 198 feet, 11 inches to Plum Street when extended, thence southwardly the course of the town lots with a line of Plum Street 99 feet, 5 inches to a stake, thence eastwardly the course of the town lots 99 feet, 5 inches to a stake, thence southwardly the course of the town lots 40 feet to a stake on Third Street, thence eastwardly the course of the town lots 99 feet, 5 inches to the beginning.
The lots numbered five and six are enclosed and on them stand the buildings &c for said Barker's carding machine and the lots and land are the same on which the said Barker built and resided.
To have and to hold the same the same with all the appurtenances unto the said Standiford, his heirs and assigns to his and their only proper use, benefit and behoof forever. And the said Barker and wife for themselves their heirs, executors and administrators covenant and agree to and with the said Standiford, his heirs and assigns that they will warrant and forever defend the said lots and land with all the appurtenances unto said Standiford, his heirs and assigns forever against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatever claiming or to claim the same. In testimony whereof the said Barker and wife have hereto set their hands and seals on the day and date first herein written.
