Solomon Neill to William Congrove - Shepherdsville Lot 52

Shepherdsville lot 52 (new plan) was first sold to William Graham on 1 Apr 1814, a lot he apparently already lived on. A month later he sold it to John W. Beckwith and William F. Smith. Then on 10 Sep 1814, Smith deeded his share to Beckwith. On 29 Jan 1827, in exchange for their assuming his debt, Beckwith deeded both a 500 acre tract north of Shepherdsville and lot 52 in Shepherdsville to Solomon Neill and Frederic W. S. Grayson. Following Grayson's death, the two tracts were deeded to Solomon Neill. Neill, on 5 Jul 1831, sold the Shepherdsville lot to William Congrove, as shown below. On 27 Nov 1840, William Congrove sold Shepherdsville lot 52 and parts of lots 67 & 68 to Ambrose Ratliff.
