Shepherdsville lot 52 (new plan) was first sold to William Graham on 1 Apr 1814, a lot he apparently already lived on. A month later he sold it to John W. Beckwith and William F. Smith. Then on 10 Sep 1814, Smith deeded his share to Beckwith, as shown below.

This indenture made and entered into this 10th day of September in the year of our Lord 1814 between William F. Smith of the one part and John W. Beckwith, both of Bullitt County, of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said William F. Smith, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, release, convey and confirm to the said J. W. Beckwith all his right, title, and interest in an undivided moiety of a certain lot of ground in the town of Shepherdsville known in the old plan of said town by the number 68 and in the present plan by the number 52, which lot was conveyed by deed, bearing date the 3rd May 1814 by William Graham & wife to said John W. Beckwith and William F. Smith with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold to him the said John W. Beckwith, his heirs and assigns &c forever; but the said W. F. Smith does not warrant and defend said lot from the claim or claims of any person or persons whatsoever except from those who may claim by, through or under him.
