Following the deaths of John Nusz and his wife Philibina of cholera on 4 Jul 1854, these town lots descended to their five children equally. Louisa, William and George jointly sold their shares to Andrew Gild in March 1868; Mary sold her share to Andrew in January 1872 (shown below); and Andrew purchased Holbart's share in February 1874.

This indenture made an entered into the 16th day of January 1872 between Mary Nusz, since married to Folly but lately divorced from him (see records Louisville Chancery Court) of Louisville, Kentucky, party of the first part and Andrew Gild of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky, party of the second part.
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of $55 cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part bargains, sell, and hereby conveys and confirms unto the second party, his heirs and assigns forever, her undivided interest in the following realty to-wit: Lot No. 51 & house, & Lots No. 49 & 50 in town of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky, and described on the new plan as aforesaid Lots 49-50-51, and being the same Lots 49-50 purchased of R. F. Samuels and wife by deed dated 29 March 1847, Deed Book L, page 90, and Lot No. 51 purchased by John Nusz or Richard Fell and wife by deed dated 22 Sep 1846, Deed Book L, page 1, which are referred to.
The interest of the first party being one-fifth of said three lots aforesaid. To have and to hold said undivided interest in said lots unto the second party, his heirs and assigns forever by this deed of general against the claim or claims of all persons whatsoever.
