Andon Gild to A. O. Russell- Shepherdsville Lots 49-50-51

Following the deaths of John Nusz and his wife Philibina of cholera on 4 Jul 1854, these town lots descended to their five children equally. Louisa, William and George jointly sold their shares to Andon Gild in March 1868; Mary sold her share to Andon in January 1872; and Andon purchased Holbart's share in February 1874. Andon & Mary sold these lots to A. O. Russell on 22 Dec 1876 as shown below. However Russell was unable to make his payments, and had to sell it back to Gild later. Then in 1880, Gild mortgaged the lots to John Rennision, but was able to pay the mortgage off. Andon and Mary Gild finallly sold the lot to Mary Kate and Flora Mae Connell in 1887.
