Following the deaths of John Nusz and his wife Philibina of cholera on 4 Jul 1854, these town lots descended to their five children equally. Louisa, William and George jointly sold their shares to Andrew Gild in March 1868; Mary sold her share to Andrew in January 1872; and Andrew purchased Holbart's share in February 1874 (shown below).

This deed made by Holbert A. Nusz of the first part and Andrew Gill of the second part, all of Bullitt County, Kentucky.
Witnesseth that the first party in consideration of the sum of $70 in hand paid, the receipt hereby acknowledged, has this day and does hereby grant, bargain, sell and deliver unto the second party one undivided fifth part of lots Nos. 49-50-51 on the new plan of Shepherdsville; one of the said lots has the dwelling house on it where the second party now lives; said lots front on Water Street.
To have and to hold said one-fifth of said lots aforesaid unto the second party and his heirs and assigns forever by this covenant of general warranty. Witness my hand this 14th day of February 1874. (signed) Holbert A. Nusz.
