On 19 Jun 1866, Thomas Joyce sold his steam, saw and grist mill, and lots No. 21 and 22, to Alexander Longmuer and William N. Then in 1872 Joyce was sued for debts owed, and these lots and mill were sold at auction by the sheriff and purchased by William W. Zazio. Zazio sold the lots to R. J.
