Martin G. Holmes relinquished these five town lots to David Haldeman Jr. who then sold the lots to James Wright on 3 Mar 1845. Wright sold lots 9, 17 and likely 13 to Isaac N. Parrish in July 1858, as shown below. Then in August he sold the remaining two lots, 21 & 25, to William T. McGee.

Know all men that James Wright of the County of Jefferson and State of Kentucky for and in consideration of $250, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Isaac N. Parrish three lots in the town of Mt. Washington, Bullitt County Kentucky and designated on the plat of said town as Nos. 9 and 17 [likely also 13] together with all the privileges and appurtenances belonging to the same.
To have and to hold the same to the said Isaac N. Parrish, his heirs and assigns forever, warranting the title to be clear, free and unencumbered. And the said James Wright will forever warrant and defend the same against all claims whatsoever.
In witness whereof the said James Wright together with Elizabeth his wife, who hereby relinquishes all right of dower to the above described property, have hereto set their hands and seals this July __ 1858. (signed by grantors)
