Martin G. Holmes relinquished these five town lots to David Haldeman Jr. who then sold the lots to James Wright on 3 Mar 1845. Wright sold lots 9, 17 and likely 13 to Isaac N. Parrish in July 1858. Then in August he sold the remaining two lots, 21 & 25, to William T. McGee, as shown below.

This indenture made and entered into this January 4, 1858 between James Wright of the county of Jefferson and state of Kentucky of the first part and William T. McGee of the county of Bullitt and state aforesaid of the second part.
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of $600, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said James Wright doth bargain, sell and convey unto the said William T. McGee two lots in the town of Mt. Washington, Bullitt County, Kentucky, and numbered on the plat of said town 21 & 25, together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and the said James Wright will forever warrant and defend the title to the above property conveyed to be free, clear and unencumbered.
In witness whereof the said party of the first part together with Elizabeth his wife, who hereby forever relinquishes all right of dower to said property, have hereunto set their hands and seals this August 3rd, 1858. (signed by grantors)
