On 27 Jun 1797, Benjamin Summers bought ten lots. Listed here are the lot numbers in the new plan and in parentheses the number in the old plan: Lots 41 (13), 42 (14), 21 (24), 45 (41), 46 (42), 47 (43), 48 (44), 64 (45), 63 (46), 79 (51). Summers then sold lots 45 and 46 to George Saunders on 16 May 1821. Then George sold the two lots to Thomas Sanders Sr. Thomas next sold these two lots to Weir Tilford and Abraham Field Jr. on 15 Jan 1823, as shown below.

This indenture made and entered into the 15th day of January 1823 by and between Thomas Sanders Sr. and Mary Sanders his wife of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky of the one part and Weir Tilford and Abraham Field Jr. of the county and state aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Thomas Sanders Sr. and Mary his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of five __ dollars cash to them in hand paid before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge and forever acquit and discharge the said Tilford and Field Jr., have granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, alien, release, enfeoff, convey and confirm unto the said Weir Tilford and Abraham Field Jr. all their title, claim and interest of in and to two lots of ground in the town of Shepherdsville in the county and state aforesaid, known and designed on the old plan of said town (Shepherdsville) by the numbers 41 and 42, and on the new plan of said town by the numbers 45 and 46, and conveyed by Benjamin Summers and Volinda his wife to George Sanders by deed of general warranty bearing date the 16th day of May 1821, and by George Sanders and Elizabeth his wife to me by deed bearing date the 13th day of February 1822.
And the said Thomas Sanders and Mary his wife and their heirs doth by these presents convey the aforesaid lots or parcels of land to the said Tilford and Field Jr. all the claim and interest the said Thomas and Mary his wife derived from George Sanders and Elizabeth his wife, and will warrant and defend the aforesaid lots or parcels of ground from himself, his heirs and from the heirs of said George Sanders, but not against the claim or claims of any other person or persons claiming or to claim the same. In testimony whereof the said Thomas Sanders Sr. and Mary Sanders his wife have hereto set their hands and seals the day and year first written.
