John Anderson sold his part of Lot #41 to William Arnold. Nathan Brammel. Brammel sold his part of Lot #41 to William Arnold, and George W. Jenkins sold the southern half of Lot 42 to William Arnold. Arnold would sell all of it to Lorenzo Hogland in 1847, as shown below.

This indenture made this 11th day of August 1847 between William Arnold and Mary Arnold his wife of Jefferson County and state of Kentucky of the one part, and Lorenzo Hogland of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky of the other part.
Witnesseth that whereas William Arnold by his bond dated 23rd January 1841 bound himself to convey to Oscar B Simmons for the sum of $1000 lot number 88 in Shepherdsville on the plat of said town and parts of lots Nos. 41 & 42 in said town. The lot No. 88 has since the death of said Oscar B Simmons been sold by his executor, according to his will to James S. Peuthers, and by said Peuthers to the Methodist Episcopal Church as appears by transfers and as has been represented. And the said parts of lots No. 41 & 42 in said town has been sold by said Oscar B. Simmons' executor to Lorenzo Hogland for the sum of $841, and the said bond of mine, Arnold, to said Simmons transferred for same to said Lorenzo Hogland, and the purchase money being paid or represented as secured, said Hogland and the trustees of said church desire to be made by said William Arnold and wife who hold the legal title to them, as they hold title by purchase from said Simmons' executor and Peuthers as aforesaid.
Wherefore in consideration of the premises and the purchase money paid me as aforesaid for said lots or parts of lots No. 41 & 42, I said William Arnold have hereby sold and conveyed and do by these presents sell, convey and confirm unto him the said Lorenzo Hogland and to his heirs forever the said parts of Lots No. 41 & 42 in Shepherdsville on Main Street therein, being the same parts of said lots conveyed to said Arnold by Nathan Bramel and wife by deed dated 6 January 1835, recorded in Bullitt County Court in Deed Book H, page 152 shows. This deed conveys 30 feet front of Lot No. 41 on Main Street next to the alley of Lot No. 41 and runs back 99'5"; and the part of Lot No. 42 here conveyed was conveyed to said William Arnold by George W. Jenkins by deed dated the 6 October 1836, recorded in same office and same book, page 359, and conveys the southern half of said lot No. 42; and the balance of said Lot No. 41 was conveyed to said William Arnold by John Anderson and wife and Isaac Hornbeck by deed dated 2nd January 1839, recorded in same office in Deed Book I, page 164, and conveyed to said Arnold all that part of said Lot No. 41 south of the old Wilson store lot except the 30 feed front as aforesaid sold Arnold by Brammel, reference to said deeds of record shows the same, and the boundary so conveyed, with the appurtenances to the said parts of Lots No. 41 & 42 in the plan of the town of Shepherdsville as aforesaid here sold.
To have and to hold the said parts of lots and their appurtenances unto him that said Lorenzo Hogland and to his heirs and assigns forever; and the said William Arnold and wife covenant and agree to and with the said Lorenzo Hogland to warrant and defend the said parts of Lots No. 41 & 42 as aforesaid unto him the said Lorenzo Hogland and to his heirs and assigns forever against the claims of all persons whatsoever by this deed in fee simple. Witness the hands and seals of said Arnold and wife this date first herein written.
