H. F. & R. L. Troutman to C. F. Troutman - Three Tracts

The Troutman brothers, Henry Frank Troutman, Robert Levi Troutman and Charles Fillmore Troutman jointly owned certain real estate, and elected to divide it amongst themselves. In this deed, Henry and Robert deeded the following property to their brother Charles on 16 Apr 1900.

A house and lot in Shepherdsville on the corner of Second Street and Doctor's Alley bounded on the east by the alley, on the south by Second Street, on the west by the lots of M. A. McCormick, the children of H. C. Bowman and the Ridgway lot, and on the north by the alley south of the courthouse and jail, the same lot conveyed to the Troutmans by F. P. Straus on 27 Sep 1899, and formerly owned by R. J. Meyler, R. McConathy and A. H. Field, and being part of lot 25 and all of lot 26 in the town plat.

Also the lot beginning at the northwest corner of the Baptist Church lot in Shepherdsville on Main Street, then north 63 feet to the Welch lot now owned by the Christian Church, then with the line of that lot east 200 feet to Doctor's Alley, then south with the alley about 63 feet to the northeast corner of the Baptist Church lot, then with that lot's line west 200 feet to the beginning.

Also a lot beginning at a stone northwest corner to 23 acres deeded to Hobbert by Shepherd on the west line of Main Street when extended, then with Hobbert's line North 81 1/2° West 27 poles to a stone, corner to Parker's lot and with the same North 8 1/2° East 7 poles 14 links to a stone corner to Parker, then South 81 1/2° East 63 4/5 poles to a stake in the east line of Main Street when extended, then with the same South 8 1/2° West 7 poles and 14 links to a stone, then North 81 1/2° West 80 feet to the beginning containing one and a half acres more or less.
