Francis & Catherine Blundell sold part of this lot to Thomas Holt in July 1797. They then sold a second part of the same lot to him in November of that year, as shown below

This indenture made this 29 Day of November 1797 between Francis Blundell & Catharine his wife of the one part & Thomas Holt, both of the county of Bullitt of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Francis Blundell & __ his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of seventy pounds current money to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge, hath granted, bargained & sold & by these presents doth grant, bargain & sell unto the said Thomas Holt one certain piece of land, being part of Lot No. 20, lying & being in the town of Shepherdsville, and bounded as follows, to-wit:
Beginning forty feet from the south corner of the ground resigned by the said Blundell for public purpose on the Main Strett and running with the same northwardly forty feet, then at a right angle so as to join the north boundary of a part of the same lot previously conveyed by the said Blundell to the said Holt, then with the said Holt's line a south course until it strikes the public ground before mentioned at the northeast corner, thence in a straight direction to the beginning together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging with all the estate right, title, claim properly demand of him the said Blundell and wife of, in and to the said parcel of ground to the said Holt, his heirs and assigns forever.
To have and to hold the said parcel of ground and to the said Thomas Holt, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Francis Blundell and wife doth covenant and agree to and with the said Thomas Holt to warrant and defend the title of the said parcel of ground unto the said Thomas Holt, his heirs and assigns against the claim of all persons whatever.
