Christian James Saunders apparently purchased this lot at the original lots sale, but did not receive a deed to it until 25 Jun 1819. Then on 1 Jun 1827 he sold the lot to Noah C. Summers, as shown below.

This indenture made this 1st day of June in the year of our Lord 1827 between Christian J. Saunders and Ally Saunders his wife of the county of Bullitt and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the first part and Noah C. Summers of Shepherdsville and same county and state of the second part.
Witnesseth that the said Christian James Saunders and wife for and in consideration of the sum of $75 current money of the United States to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said Noah C. Summers and to his heirs and assigns forever one lot of ground in the town of Shepherdsville containing one-half acre more or less numbered 10 in the new plan of said town, and in the old plan of said town as No. 30, and adjoining or lying between the lots owned by Nicholas Simmons and John Chaddic.
To have and to hold the said Lot No. 10 to him the said Noah C. Summers and to him and his heirs forever, and the said Christian J. Saunders and wife for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators warrant and defend the said lot to said Summers and his heirs against themselves, their heirs &c and all other persons whatever.
