Rickersons to H. F. Troutman - Parts of 2 Lots

In 1887, Jack and Lizzie Rickerson sold part of town lots to H. F. Troutman in exchange for cash and for Troutman assuming responsibility for various mortgages owed by the Rickersons. This appears to have included the northern parts of lots 41 and 42.
