George Reede of Bourbon County to John Phebus of Bullitt County
$50 for 10 acres
Parcel of land, part of tract purchased by Reed from Edward Williams, beginning at Robert Martin's northwest corner at a white oak, beech and ash, thence North 24 poles to a black oak and two elms in Jessy Wilson's line, thence East 66 2/3 poles to an elm and cherry, thence South 24 poles to a dogwood and two elms in Martin's line, thence with his line 66 2/3 poles to the beginning.

Admission is free. The museum, as part of the Bullitt County Genealogical Society, is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization and is classified as a 509(a)2 public charity.
