George Reede of Bourbon County to Robert Martin of Bullitt County
$200 for 50 acres
Parcel of land in Bullitt County, part of the tract that Reede purchased of Edward Williams, beginning at John Hornbeck's northeast corner at three beeches, [North 63 poles,] thence West 127 poles to a white oak, beech and ash, thence South 63 poles to a bunch of mulberry scrubs, thence East with John Hornbeck's line to the beginning.
Martin later sold this tract to Benjamin Summers.
