On 2 Jun 1835 John Hancock of Louisville sold 102.25 acres on the waters of Broad Run to Nelson King Jr.. King sold the tract to Lewis Jones' heirs on 7 Apr 1841, as shown below.

This indenture made this 7th day of April in the year of our Lord 1841 between Nelson King Jr. of Bullitt County and state of Kentucky of the one part, and George Jones, William Jones, James Riley Jones and Hardin Shelburn Jones, children of Lewis Jones dec'd, and Alexander McCrocklin and his wife Martha, late Martha Jones, widow of said Lewis Jones dec'd of Spencer County, Kentucky of the other part.
Witnesseth that whereas on the 13th of February 1838 said Nelson King Jr. gave his bond to the said Lewis Jones to convey him said Jones 102 acres and 32 poles of land more or less in Bullitt County, Kentucky, the same tract conveyed to said King by John Hancock and wife by Deed Book H, page 341 for the consideration of the sum of $1530, and said Jones died before receiving a deed; therefore and the said wife of Jones and her husband McCrocklin have paid the purchase money entire since Jones' death, and the parties feel desirous to consumate the contract and conveyance agreeably to the true intent and meaning of the bond; and therefore said King conveys hereby said land to said Lewis Jones' children, and giving to the wife of decedent dower such as she is entitled therein agreeably to law. Wherefore in consideration of the premises and the payment of the purchase money aforesaid, he the said Nelson King Jr. has sold, and by these presents does sell and convey unto the said George Jones, William Jones, James Riley Jones and Hardin Shelburn Jones, heirs as aforesaid, and to the said McCrocklin and wife as widow to have dower thereon, the said tract of 102 acres and 32 poles of land aforesaid in Bullitt County, more or less, and bounded as follows to-wit.
Beginning at a gum, sugar tree, and fallen down beech, thence North 10° East 254 poles to a stone, thence North 80° West 81 1/2 poles to a hickory and ironwood, thence South 10° West 99 1/2 poles to a stone, thence South 80° East 30 1/2 poles to a stone, thence South 10 1/2° West 155 1/2 poles to a sassafras, thence South 80° East 55 poles to the beginning. The course named as the same in said deed aforesaid to King, together with all and singular the appurtenances aforesaid thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the land and appurtenances aforesaid unto him the said Lewis Jones' heirs and widow, she to have dower therein as widow, and to the heirs and assigns of said Lewis Jones' dec'd heirs forever. And the said Nelson King Jr. for himself, his heirs &c does hereby convenant and agree to and with the said Lewis Jones' heirs that he said King will and his heirs shall forever warrant and defend the title to said land here sold unto them the said Lewis Jones' heirs forever (giving dower as aforesaid to the widow) against the claim or claims of all persons whatever by this deed in fee simple with general warranty.
