On 21 Dec 1849, John Chaddic Sr. sold a lot of ground located northeast of the intersection of Third and Main Streets in Shepherdsville, next to the Baptist church lot to William Williams. Then, on 13 Aug 1889, Williams' heirs sold the lot to Phil B. Thompson, as shown below.

This indenture made and entered into this the 13th day of August 1889, by and between Elizabeth Williams, widow of William Williams dec'd, John Williams, Cordelia Williams, children and heirs at law of William Williams and Elizabeth Williams of the city of Louisville, County of Jefferson, and State of Kentucky, parties of the first part and Phil B. Thompson of the County of Bullitt and State of Kentucky, party of the second part.
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of $75 cash in hand paid by the said party of the second part to the parties of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. The said Elizabeth Williams, John Williams and Cordelia Williams, parties of the first part, hath this day sold and delivered to the party of the second part a certain piece or lot of land lying and being in the town of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Ky. adjoining the lands belonging to the Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge, being the same land conveyed by John Chaddic to William Williams dec'd on 31st December 1849 and described as follows.
Beginning at the northern corner of the said church lot, running north 60 feet with Main Street, thence East the same width 199 feet 5 inches, thence South 60 feet to the church, thence with said line 199 feet 5 inches to the beginning.
To have and to hold the said above described property to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever with covenants of general warranty.
