On 7 Jul 1831 John J. Thomasson and Noah C. Summers sold their share of Shepherdsville lot 58 to James W. Moore, as shown below. Moore would later sell it to Wilford Lee.

This indenture made this 7th day of July 1831 between John J. Thomasson and Noah C. Summers of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky of one part and James W. Moore of the other part.
Witnessesth that the said Summers and Thomasson for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them paid, the receipt of which they acknowledge, have bargained and sold and by these presents do sell and convey unto the said James W. Moore the following described lot or part of a lot of ground in Shepherdsville in Bullitt County, viz.
Being the same lot or parcel of ground and improvements purchased by said Summers and Thomasson at the sale of town taxes, a reference to the deed made them by Barker, the town collector will appear, containing about 33 feet front and about 84 feet 10 inches back and is situated back of Lemaster's lot, and was purchased by Summers and Thomasson as the property of James W. Moore and Eleanor his wife, held or conveyed to them by N. Miles.
To have and to hold the said lot of ground to him the said Moore and his heirs forever, and said Summers and Thomasson covenant to and with said Moore to defend the title to said lot of land from themselves and heirs and those claiming under them, but they are not responsible for title in any other event whatever, this being their relinquishment of title by quit claim. Witness the hands and seals of the grantors the date aforesaid.
