Shepherdsville Trustees to County Government - Lot 89

It appears from this deed, dated 7 Jun 1832, that Richard P. Simmons had obtained title to Lot #89 from the Town Trustees, described as having a front on Third Street of 99'5" and extending northwardly 40', placing it at the corner of Third Steet and Main Street. He then appears to have sold it to County Government by paying the Town $9 for it.
