On 1 Sep 1849, John Chaddic transferred ownership of the Shepherdsville lot located at the northeast corner of Main Street and Third Street to the joint ownership of the United Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge No. 155. It appears that the deed may have mis-numbered the ground, but the location is clearly at that place.
