On 27 Sep 1854, R. H. Field sold his part of Shepherdsville lot #25 to the firm of Samuels & Levy, as shown below.

This indenture made and entered into this 27th day of September in the year of Christ 1854, between Richard H. Field and Kate his wife of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky of the first part and Samuels, Levy & Co. of the same county and state of the second part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of $500 in hand paid to the parties of the first part, the receipt of which they do hereby acknowledge, they the said parties of the first part have this day bargained and sold, and by these presents do bargain and sell, alien, release and convey unto the parties of the second part, their heirs &c all that part of lot No. 25 in the town of Shepherdsville known as said Field's office house and lot, together with all and singular the hereditaments and improvements thereon.
To have and to hold the said described house and lot unto them the said parties of the second part their heirs & assigns forever; and the parties of the first part for themselves their heirs &c do covenant and agree with the parties of the second part their heirs &c that they will and their heirs shall warrant and defend the title to said property against the claim of all and every person whatever.
