By 17 Jan 1820, James Halbert had control of Shepherdsville lot 37, for on that day he sold the southern part of the lot to Joseph Huston. Huston would later sell it to Abraham Field, as shown below.

This indenture made this 22nd day of September 1820 between Joseph Huston an Nancy his wife of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky of the one part and Abraham Field Jr. of the same county and state of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Joseph Huston and Nancy his wife for and in consideration of the sum of $30 to them in hand paid before the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold, and by these present do grant, bargain and sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto the said Abraham Field Jr., his heirs &c forever a certain part of lot number 37 in the plan of the town of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky, being the most southwardly part of said lot, and that part thereof which James Halbert hath not enclosed at this time, and being 32 feet on the course of Main Street and 99 feet, five inches back to Plumb Street (32 feet one way and 99 feet 5 inches the other), being the same more or less than is described together with all and singular the appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the above described part of lot number 37 with its appurtenance unto the said Abraham Field Jr., his heirs &c forever, and the said Joseph Huston and Nancy his wife do covenant and agree to and with the said Abraham Field Jr. that the above described part of lot number 37 is now and forever hereafter shall be and remain free and clear of and from all right and title of dower or other encumbrance whatsoever, and that they the said Joseph Huston and Nancy his wife wil and their heirs &c shall warrant and forever defend the said described part of lot number 37 with all the appurtenances from the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever. In testimony whereof the said Joseph Huston and Nancy his wife have hereto set their hands and seals on the day and year first written.
