Henry F. Kalfus bought William Wilson's share of Lot 28 in 1853, and then Henry Turner Wilson's share in 1855. Then Henry F. Kalfus and Elizabeth his wife sold their title to lot 28 to Matilda Kalfus in September 1855, as shown below.
On 25 Feb 1870, Matilda Kalfus sold the lot to Matilda A. Birkhead.

This indenture made an entered into the 13th day of September 1855 between Henry F. Kalfus and Elizabeth Kalfus his wife of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky of the first part and Matilda Kalfus of the county and state aforesaid of the second part.
Witness that the said Henry F. Kalfus and Elizabeth Kalfus his wife for and in consideration of the sum of $250 in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the promissory note of the said Matilda Kalfus for $100 bearing even date herewith and due in 12 months therefrom with interest, granted, bargained, and sold and by these presents do sell and convey unto the said Matilda Kalfus all their right, title and interest in and to a certain lot in the town of Shepherdsville known as lot No. 28 and the same heretofore purchased by the parties hereto from William Wilson &c, and held jointly by them to have and to hold the said lot hereby sold and conveyed together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Matilda Kalfus and her heirs forever with general warranty.
