On 28 Jan 1868, Catharine Clark O'Bryan sold 9.5 acres to Joseph H. Wright that adjoined Nancy Pratt's land bought by him earlier.

This deed made and entered into this 28th day of January 1868 by and between T. H. O'Bryan and Catharine O'Bryan, formerly Catharine Clark of Daviess County, Kentucky of the first part, and Joseph H. Wright of Jefferson County and state of Kentucky of the second part.
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of $400 to be paid 25th December 1868 with interest from 12 November 1867, and for which account said Wright is to execute his note herewith of even date bearing interest as aforesaid, have bargained and sold and by these presents bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land with all the appurtenances lying and being in the county of Bullitt on the waters of Salt River and known and designated on the plat as Lot No. 5 and bounded as follows:
Beginning at 2 maples on the bank of Salt River, corner to Joseph White, thence South 8° West 6 1/2 poles to low water mark on the bank of the river, thence down the same North 60° West 43 1/2 poles to 2 sycamores on the bank of the river, corner to land laid off to John S. Harris in a former division of Simeon Harris' heirs, thence with the same North 17 3/4° East 2 1/2 poles to a stone, corner to Harmon's heirs, thence same course 2 poles to a stake in Harmon's line, division corner to Nancy Pratt lot, thence with the division line South 75° East 34 1/2 poles to a stake in Joseph White's line, thence with the same 58 for 6 1/2 West 40 poles to the beginning, containing 9 1/2 acres, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same.
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever, and the said party of the first part convenant and agree with the said party of the second part and with heirs and assigns that they will warrant and forever deferred the said tract or parcel of land with all the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns against the claim of all and every person or persons whatsoever.
In witness whereof the said party of the first part hereto set their hands and seals on the day and date first before written.
