On 12 Dec 1878, Christian H. Barrall sold part of Shepherdsville lot #25 to Susie E. Bowman, wife of H. C. Bowman, as shown below.

This deed made this 12th day of December 1878 by and between C. H. Barrall and Mary E. Barrall his wife of the first part and Susie E. Bowman, wife of H. C. Bowman of the second part, all of Bullitt County Kentucky.
Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of $425 paid and to be paid as follows, $288.65 paid by transfer of a note on Thomas Hall for that amount, and the balance of $136.35 due in 12 months after date with interest from date until paid for which a note is this day executed, and to secure the payment of which a lien is retained on the property herein after described, have granted, bargained and sold and hereby convey unto the party of the second part the following property, to-wit: a house and lot in the town of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky, and bounded as follows.
Beginning at a point 39 feet, 4 inches from the northwest corner of the clerk's office of the Bullitt County and Circuit Courts, running thence with Main Street 83 feet, 4 inches to the corner of the Joseph Collier lot, thence east with said Collier's line 85 feet, 3 inches to lot now owned by A. H. Field, thence with said Field's line, 84 feet to E. H. McCormick's line, thence in a direct line west to the beginning.
This boundary is taken from a deed from W. Phelps and wife to Mary Samuels, see Deed Book T, page 69-70, Bullitt County Court Clerk's office.
And the parties of the first part covenant to warrant and defend the title to said house and improvements against all claims by general warranty.
