William B. Campbell to William Troutwine - Lots 66-67 of Oxley's Addition

On 14 May 1903, William Campbell purchased the northern half of lots 66 and 67 in the B. F. Oxley Addition to Shepherdsville from W. C. Morrison, Nora Morrison his wife, W. C. Herps and Lizzie Herps his wife. Campbell would later purchase the southern half of these lots from C. P. Bradbury on 20 May 1903. Then on 6 Jun 1903, he sold the lots to William Troutwine as shown below.

This indenture made an entered into this the sixth day of June 1903 by and between W. B. Campbell and Alma Campbell, his wife, parties of the first part, and William Troutwine party of the second part.

Witnesseth that parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of $300 paid cash in hand, the receipt of which is hereby, acknowledged, hereby, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said second party, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described property situated and being in the town of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, Kentucky, viz.

Lot numbered 66 and 67 of B. F. Oxley's Addition to said town, the same fronting 110 feet on Railroad Street and running back to the line of lot number 68, being a part of the same property conveyed to Herps and Morrison by B. F. Oxley by deed recorded in Deed Book number 32, page 435 in the office of the clerk of the Bullitt County Court.

The undivided northern half of which lots was conveyed to first parties by W. C. Morrison, Nora Morrison his wife, W. C. Herps and Lizzie Herps his wife. The undivided southern half was conveyed to first parties by C. P. Bradbury.

To have, and to hold said property unto the second party, his heirs and assigns forever with covenant of general warranty. In testimony whereof witness the signatures of the grantors this the sixth day of June 1903.
