Robert L. Byrn to Jacob Weller - Part of Lot 41

On 10 Mar 1853, Robert L. Byrn sold his part of Shepherdsville lot No. 41 to Jacob Weller as shown below.


Bullitt County Deed Book N, Pages 61-62

This indenture made and entered into this the 10th day of March 1853 between Robert Byrns of Union County, Ky., of the one part and Jacob Weller of Bullitt County and state aforesaid of the other part.

Witnesseth that the said Robert Byrns for and in consideration of the sum of $200 which has been paid him by the said Jacob Weller and and Jonathan Weller and the further consideration of $600 secured to be paid by the notes of the said Jacob and Jonathan Weller (a lien on the property hereinafter conveyed is retained for the payment of the same) one dated the 17th of April 1852 and due 12 months after date, and the other dated 17th of April 1851 and due two years after date, hath granted, bargained and sold, aliened, released and conveyed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien and convey unto the said Jacob Weller a certain house and lot in the town of Shepherdsville, part of lot No. 41, being the corner store house on the public square and opposite the tavern house of N. Simmons and the same purchased by the said Robert Byrns of George W. Bowman.

To have and to hold said house and lot with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said Jacob Weller, to him and his heirs forever, and he said Robert Byrns doth hereby warrant the title to said house and lot unto the said Jacob Weller, his heirs and assigns by deed of general warranty. In witness whereof the said Robert Byrns hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day nad year first above written. (signed by Byrns)
