On 9 Oct 1865, Henry and Mary Jane Trunnell deeded her part of lots 55 and 56 to Steven Kulp as shown below.

This indenture made and entered into this 9th day of October 1865, by and between Henry Trunnell and Mary Jane his wife of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky of the first part and Steven Kulp of the county and state aforesaid of the second part.
Witnesseth that whereas the said parties of the first part did on the 8th day of April 1861, for and in consideration of the sum of $500 sell unto George W. Crumbaugh the frame house and parts of lots No. 55 & 56 formerly owned by A. Field in the town of Shepherdsville, and being the same house and lots conveyed to Mary J. Trunnell by A. Field's heirs by deed of partition recorded in the Bullitt County Court clerk's office, and the said George W. Crumbaugh, having sold said house and parts of lots Nos. 55 & 56 to the said party of the second part for $600 and desires the conveyance to be made to him, now in consideration of the premises the said parties of the first part do hereby convey unto the said party of the second part the above described house and parts of lots No. 55 & 56 to him the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever by this deed of fee simple with general warranty.
