H. F. & C. F. Troutman to R. L. Troutman - Town Lots

The Troutman brothers, Henry Frank Troutman, Robert Levi Troutman and Charles Fillmore Troutman jointly owned certain real estate, and elected to divide it amongst themselves. In this deed, Henry and Charles deeded the following property to their brother Robert on 16 Apr 1900.

Beginning at the northeast corner of Main and Water Streets in Shepherdsville, then north with Main Street 98 feet to the Joyce lot, now owned by Mrs. Rennison, then with that lot's line east 168 1/2 feet, then north 102 feet to an alley, then east 31 1/2 feet to another alley called Doctor's Alley, then with that alley south 200 feet to Water Street, then with Water Street 200 feet to the beginning.

Also, lots 18-19-28 and 29 in Oxley's Addition to Shepherdsville; lots 18 and 19 lying on Hogland Street, and lots 28 and 29 on Depot Street as shown in the Addition's plat. These are the same lots conveyed by J. F. Smith and devises of W. Carpenter to Troutman Bros in two deeds on 25 Jan 1899 and 6 Feb 1899.
