Thomas Stansbury to John Beckwith Sr. - 635 Acres

On 19 Jun 1810, Thomas Stansbury deeded his rights to a 635 acre tract to John Beckwith Sr. This was the same tract that Stansbury had assigned two-thirds to Beckwith and Joseph Saunders in an article of agreement the previous year. It involved a tract patented to Stansbury ten years earlier.
