On 21 Mar 1855, Perry Johnson sold 139 acres to A. C. Kinnison that was formerly part of Jacob Froman's 1670 acre patent.

This indenture made this 21st day of March 1855 between Perry Johnson of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky of the one part and Alonzo C. Kinnison of the county and state aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Perry Johnson for and in consideration of the sum of $30 in hand paid, the receipt whereof is here by acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sold and buy these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and convey onto the said Alonzo C. Kinnison, his heirs and assigns certain tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of Bullitt on the north side of Salt River and being part of Jacob Froman's 1670 acre survey, and bounded as follows to wit.
Beginning at a stone, beech, and poplar stump, corner to said Kinnison's land in Froman's original line, thence North 40° east 202 poles to a chestnut oak and three pines on top of the high ridge, thence alone on top of said ridge as it meanders the following courses North 55° West 20 poles to a chestnut oak, thence South 77° 30' West 23 poles 15 links to a hickory, thence North 71° West 31 poles, 5 links to a chestnut oak, thence North 12° West 24 poles to a pine and chestnut oak, thence North 68° 30' West 20 poles to two chestnut oaks, thence South 75° 30' West 19 poles to chestnut oak and hickory, thence North 70° 30' West 27 poles to two hickory and red oak, thence North 35° 30' West 32 poles to a chestnut oak and pine, North 72° 15' West 12 3/6 poles to a chestnut oak, thence North 40° West 19 3/4 poles to a hickory at the foot of said ridge, corner to James Caswell's 80 acre tract, thence South 30° West 21 3/6 poles to a chestnut oak and three pines, thence South 1/2° West 42 poles to two pines and chestnut oak, thence South 35° East 37 poles to 2 chestnut oaks and a pine, thence South 29° West 24 poles to 2 pines and chestnut oak sapling, South 27° East 40 poles to a stake and hickory, thence South 33° 30' West 46 poles, 20 links to a stone and hickory sprout and said Froman's old line, thence with said line South 39° 45' East (for 39°) 79 poles to the beginning, 139 acres, 2 roods more or less, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the land hereby conveyed with the appurtenances unto the said Alonzo C. Kinnison, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Perry Johnson for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, the aforesaid tract of land and appurtenances unto the said A. C. Kinnison, his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever doth and will forever warrant and defend by these presents.
In witness whereof the said Perry Johnson together with Mary Johnson, his wife, who hereby relinquishes her right of dower in and to the land conveyed in this deed, hath hereunto set their hands and seals the day and date above written. (signed) W. P. Johnson, Mary [her x mark] Johnson
