William Newbolt to Henry Crist - Part of Bullitt's Lick

In this deed, William Newbolt deeded his part of the Bullitt's Lick tract to Henry Crist, as shown below.


Bullitt County Deed Book E, Pages 20-22

This indenture made this 19th day of August 1822 between William Newbolt of Nelson County and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part and Henry Crist of Bullitt County and Commonwealth aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars currency to me in hand paid & for other good causes & considerations by me received do hereby sell, transfer, convey & set over unto said Henry Crist all my right, title and interest of and unto a certain undivided interest in one thousand acres of land including Bullitt's Old Lick as well as all the appurtenances belonging thereunto a conveyance to me by Elizabeth Dickinson of Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, and Cuthbert Bullitt of Jefferson County, also of Kentucky, being three tenths of said lick and land &c as per deed in the clerk's office which premises I do hereby warrant and defend from me & my heirs unto him the said Crist, him his heirs or assigns whereas in testimony I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day & year above written.
