On 8 Oct 1898, W. C. & Nora Morrison and Lizzie and W. C. Herps jointly were paid $35 by J. F. Collings for the deeds to lots 133-134-135-136-138-139 and 140 in Oxley's Addition to Shepherdsville. This was part of the ground that the two couples had purchased from B. F. Oxley, recorded in Deed Book 32, page 435.
However, in a margin note dated 11 Jul 1908, it was stated that lots 133-134-135 and 136 were conveyed by mistake, as Morrison and Herps had no title to those lots; leaving this deed to include only lots 138-139 and 140.
