On 26 Sep 1881, Emma T. Wilson purchased from her sister Mary that part of their father's lands that had been allotted to Mary, namely lot #2. Excepted from this sale was the acre of land that Mary had deeded for a Presbyterian Church, now Hebron Presbyterian Church.

This indenture made this 26 day of September 1881 between Mary W. Saunders and J. N. Saunders, her husband, of the county of Nelson and state of Kentucky of the first part and Emma T. Wilson of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky of the second part. Witnesseth the party of the first part for and in consideration of $2000 paid in hand in cash and cash notes do by these presence sell and convey and give immediate possession to the party of the second part a certain tract of land in Bullitt County, Kentucky, it being a part of the farm originally owned by Mathew Wilson, and allotted after his death, by commissioners to his daughter Mary V. Wilson who is now Mary W. Saunders, and is bounded as follows viz.
Beginning at a stake on the West edge of the Plank Road (it being now a turnpike road) 60 feet from Lot 3, near the school house, thence down the lane N 87 1/2° W 128 1/2 poles to a stone marked A. B., thence N 88° W 44 1/2 poles to a stake, originally a stone marked A on the east bank of Brooks Run, thence down said run S 24° E 56 poles to a red oak, black oak stump and white oak not found in the upper end of a cliff of rocks, S 4 1/2° W (for 2°) 30 3/4 poles to a stone, S 25° E (for 27 1/2°) 17 poles to a stake 1 pole from a stone, division corner to Lot 1, thence with the division line S 88° E 122 poles to a stake on the West edge of the plank or now turnpike road, division corner to Lot 1, thence down the plank or turnpike road with its meanders to the beginning, 87 acres, 1 rood, 33 poles, more or less.
This parcel or tract of land with these boundary lines the parties of the first do now sell and convey to the party of the second part (and for the sum already named and acknowledged as received) except a church lot. The lot on which Hebron Church now stands containing about one acre of land. This lot is thus reserved in this deed of conveyance and is thus reserved for the use and benefit of a Presbyterian church at that particular locality, but if it should cease to be used for that specific purpose then it shall revert to the tract of land from which it was cut off for Presbyterian purposes, and be included in this deed of conveyance to the second part. And we the parties of the first covenant with the party of the second part to defend the title of htis entire tract of land against the claims of all parties or persons whatever.
