A. C. Kinnison & William Jones to Napoleon B. Small
Interest in William Christian's 2000 Acre Survey

On 21 May 1852, William Jones and Ann Jones, his wife, and Alonzo C. Kinnison sold to Napoleon B. Small their interest in the 2000 acre tract surveyed for William Christian that lay adjoining the Bullitt's Lick tract.

This indenture made this 21st day of May 1852 between William Jones and Ann Jones, his wife, and Alonzo C. Kinnison of the one part and Napoleon B. Small of the other part, all of the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky. Witnesseth that the said, William Jones and Alonzo C. Kinnison for the consideration $65 cash in hand paid to each of them, the said Jones and wife and Kinnison bargained and sold and doth by these presents grant, bargain and sell unto the said Napoleon B. Small, his heirs and assigns forever all their undivided right, title, and interest in and to William Christian's survey of 2000 acres in Bullitt County on the north side of Salt River, which adjoins the Bullitt's Lick tract.

To have and to hold all the undivided interest of the said Jones and wife and Kinnison unto the said Napoleon B. Small, his heirs and assigns, free and clear of the right, title and interest of them the said Jones and wife and Kinnison and their heirs and assigns, this being intended only as a quit claim deed, only warrant title to said Small against the claim of said Jones and Kinnison as witness our hands and seals the day and year first written.
