On 28 Mar 1846, William A. Hundley sold 37+ acres along McCullock's Run to James Wright as shown below.

This indenture made and entered into this 28th day of March 1846 by and between William A. Hundley of the town of Mt. Washington, Bullitt County, Kentucky of the one part and James Wright of the town, county and state aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Hundley for and in consideration of the sum of $566 current money to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath this day granted, bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain and sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto the said Wright 37 acres, 3/4 of an acre, and twelve poles more or less of land situate and bing in the county of Bullitt on McCullock's Run on the north side of Salt River about one-half mile southwardly of the town of Mt. Washington, Kentucky and lying between the main road leading to Shepherdsville and the road to Bodine's tanyard and said land adjoins the land of Col. Edward Hessey, Sally Hall, William Stephens and George Bogard being the same land purchased by Abraham Jobe of Noel Daton and Thomas Stringer and by said Jobe sold to Webb and Chidsey and said Webb sold his interest in said land to said Chidsey who died seized and possessed of the same.
To have and to hold said described tracts or parcels of land with the appurtenance unto the said James Wright and his heirs, to his and their only proper use, benefit and behoof forever; and the said William A. Hundley covenants and agrees to and with the said Wright that the land hereby bargained, sold and conveyed he will and his heirs shall warrant and forever defend the title thereof unto the said Wright, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns from the claim of all and every person lawfully claiming or to claim the same.
