Isaac Froman to A. C. Kinnison - 11 Acres

On 19 Apr 1849, Isaac Froman sold 11 acres to A. C. Kinnison that lay along the border between their lands.

This indenture made and entered into this 19th day of April 1849 between Isaac Froman of the first part and Alonzo C. Kinnison of the second part, both of Bullitt County Kentucky. Witnesseth that the said Isaac Froman for and in consideration of the sum of $60, secured to be paid the said Forman by the said Kinnison, has granted, bargained and sold, and does hereby sell and convey unto Alonzo C. Kinnison, a small tract of land, situate, lying, and being in Bullitt County, Kentucky on the waters of Salt River and bounded as follows to wit.

Beginning at a large beech, standing in the division line between said Kinnison and Froman, thence with said division line North 39° 46' West 97 3/4 poles to a stake in the corner of Kinnison's fence, thence with said fence North 79° East 26 poles to two beeches, thence South 42 1/2° East 38 poles to a white oak and two gums, thence South 18° East 35 poles to a stake, thence South 7° East eight poles to a small walnut, thence South 14° West 12 poles to the beginning containing 11 acres be the same more or less.

To have, and to hold said tract of land to him, said A. C. Kinnison and his heirs or assigns forever, free from the claim or claims of any and all persons whatsoever by this deed of general warranty. Witness the hand and seal of the grantor this day and date above written. (signed) Isaac Froman
