John Dragoo deeded this lot to the trustees of district 33 on 11 Aug 1897. From the locations and people named in several related deeds, it seems likely that this is the Mt. Carmel School located on the north side of Wilson Creek. For reference see these deeds: Nelson County Deed Book 38, pages 523+; Bullitt County Deed Books W, page 323; X, page 346; Z, page 2. Note also that John Dragoo is buried in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

This deed made and entered into this the 11th day of August 1897 by in between John Dragoo and Sarah W. Dragoo his wife, parties of the first part, and H. B. Waters and John N. Ricketts, trustees of school district number 33 in Bullitt County, Kentucky, parties of the second part, all of the state of Kentucky.
Witnesseth that the first parties for and in consideration of their desire to promote the cause of education and the further consideration of one dollar in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby bargain, sell, and convey unto the said trustees, their successors and assigns in office forever, the following described parcel of land situated in Bullitt County, Kentucky on the waters of Wilson Creek, it being the same lot upon which the school house in said district number 33 is being erected, and is bounded as follows.
Beginning at a cedar tree standing on the north side of the county road, thence South 45° East 12 poles to a stone on the north edge of county road, thence North 45° East 14 poles to a stone on a cliff of rocks, thence North 45° West passing a beech at 9 4/5 poles, in all 12 poles to a stone, thence South 45° West 14 poles to the beginning, containing 1 1/20 acres.
To have and to hold unto the said H. B. Waters and J. N. Ricketts, trustee as aforesaid, their successors and assigns forever with covenant of general warranty with all and singular the appurtenances thereto belonging, provided if same shall ever be used for any other purpose than that for which it is dedicated or the house thereon shall be abandoned as a school house, then the title to said lands &c herein conveyed shall revert back to the said first parties. As a token of her relinquishment of dower in and to said land the said Sarah A. Dragoo joins in the due execution hereof.
