J. V. Crenshaw deeded a half acre lot to the trustees of school district 18 on 9 Mar 1888. Based on deeds affecting J. V. and William Crenshaw, it seems likely that this would be the site of the Woodsdale School, shown below. The deed is transcribed below.

This indenture made and entered into this the ninth day of March 1888 by and between J. V. Crenshaw and his wife Eliza of the first part and the trustees of District No. 18 of the second part all of Bullitt County Kentucky.
Witnesseth the party of the first part for and in consideration of one dollar in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath this day granted, bargained, gave, and by these presents doth grant, bargain and give to the trustees of District No. 18, party of the second part, and their successors in office all of that piece of land lying on a line between J. V. Crenshaw and William Crenshaw containing 1/2 acre, more or less, said lot being in Bullitt County, Kentucky and District No. 18 and bounded as follows.
Beginning at a birch and stone on a line of J. V. and William Crenshaw, thence southwest 35 yards to a small water birch, thence southeast 70 yards to a birch and hickory, thence northeast 35 yards to J. V. and William Crenshaw's line, thence with their line northwest 70 yards to the beginning containing one-half acre more or less, together with the appurtenances belonging to the Trustees of District No. 18; and all right, title and interest of the party of the first part, the party of the first part hereby release and give to the Trustees of District 18, their successors in office, and all right, title in and to the above described one-half acre of land for school purpose only the party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to warrant the title as levy as said lot is kept for school purposes; when not kept for school purposes said described lot and house reverts back to J. V. Crenshaw, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns as it was at the beginning.
