Philetus S. Barber deeded this school lot to the school district on 3 Aug 1888. From the deed description, this is likely the school that was located at Hobbs along the Bardstown Branch Railroad as shown in the image from a 1925 map shown below.

Bullitt County Deed Book 27, Pages 180-181
This indenture made and entered into this 3rd day of August 1888 between Philetus S. Barber and Cecilia his wife of the first part and the school trustees of district No. 17 of Bullitt County, Kentucky of the second part.
Witnesseth that the parties of the first part without consideration convey to the parties of the second part and their successors the following described property, namely a certain parcel of land situated and being in Bullitt County, Kentucky near Hobbs Station and adjoining the R. R. right of way and bounded as follows to-wit.
Beginning at Barber's corner and running with Barber's line 121 feet to a stone on the north side of a branch known as Long Lick, thence running west with the branch 250 feet to a stone, thence 110 feet to a stone on the south side of the railroad, thence east 300 feet to the place of beginning.
It is the intension of this deed of gift to secure to the second parties and their successors the property named herein so long as it is used for school purposes only, but should it at any time be abandoned for such purpose he same shall revert back to said first party or his heirs.
