On 7 Nov 1832, Noah C. Summers and John J. Thomasson sold Shepherdsville lot #50 to Robert F. Samuels as shown below.

This indenture made this 7th day of November 1832 between Noah C. Summers and Margaret C. Summers his wife and John J. Thomasson of Bullitt County and state of Kentucky of one part and Robert F. Samuels of the same place of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said Summers and wife and Thomasson for and in consideration of the sum of $20 to them in hand paid in equal portions, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell and convey unto the said Robert F. Samuels, his heirs and assigns, the following numbered lot of ground and appertained in the new plan of the town of Shepherdsville, Bullitt County No. 50 with its appurtenances.
To have and to hold the same to him said Samuels and to his heirs and assigns forever against the claim of them said Summers and wife and Thomasson and their heirs, and all others forever.
And it is agreed by and between grantors and grantee that the warranty in this deed extends this far and no further. That if said Samuels is legally evicted and said lot of ground is lost by a better claim then said Summers and wife and Thomasson are to pay said Samuels the purchase money of $20 and no more without any costs of suit charge or interest whatever; $10 to be paid by said Summers and wife, and $10 by said Thomasson. Said Samuels is acquainted with the title of the grantors herein. Witness the hands and seals of the grantors. (signed by grantors)
