On 13 Jun 1855, Sarah Nall and Charlotte G. Benthall deeded a tract north of the new plan of town and east of Beckwith & Grayson's old 250 acre tract to Robert F. Samuels as shown below.

This indenture made this 13th day of June 1855 between Sarah Nall and Charlotte G. Benthall of the first part and Robert F. Samuels of the second part, all of Bullitt County Kentucky.
Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of $150 cash in hand paid has granted, bargained, and sold and doth by these presents, grant, bargain and sell unto the party of the second part the following piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being in Bullitt County and on the north side of Salt River and adjoining the town of Shepherdsville.
Beginning at the northwest corner of fraction of lot number 89 in the new plan of Shepherdsville and running thence North 7 1/2° East (for 6 1/2°) with the east line of Main Street when extended to the line of a strip of land conveyed by William Pole Jr. to George F. Pope lying on McGee's line, thence with the line of said George F. Pope as conveyed to him until it intersects the line of Beckwith and Grayson's 250 acre tract, thence southwardly with Beckwith and Grayson's line to the tract conveyed by Adam Shepherd to William Jones and with Jones's line and the line of tract conveyed by Adam Shepherd to James Halbert to Halbert's northeast corner, thence with his line South 7 1/2° West (for 6 1/2°) to the northeast corner of fraction lot number 88 in Shepherdsville, thence to the beginning and being part of the land conveyed by William Pope Jr. to the parties of the first part by deed dated the 15th day of March 1827, and recorded in Deed Book F, page 290, Bullitt County Court.
To have and to hold the said described piece or parcel of land unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns against the claim of the party of the first part, their heirs and all other persons claims or to claim the same whatever.
