James B. Myers to William T. Morrow - Mortgage of 445 Acres

To secure his debt of $3675.00 owed to William T. Morrow, on 3 May 1890, James B. Myers mortgaged a 445 acre tract located next to Salt River with the promise to pay the debt with interest within five years.

Morrow released the mortgage lien on 18 May 1899, indicating that the debt had been satisfied in full.
