On 12 Sep 1893, William T. Morrow, as assignee of W. B. M. Brooks, and as plaintiff in a circuit court suit in which Brooks was a defendant, sold two tracts of Brooks' land to J. W. Stallings, as shown below. These appear to be the tracts located on the lower middle of the drawing shown below.

This indenture made this 9th day of September in the year 1895 between W. T. Morrow, assignee of W. B. M. Brooks &c by R. F. Hays, commissioner of the Bullitt circuit court of the one part and J. W. Stallings of the other part.
Witnesseth that whereas by a judgment of the Bullitt circuit court rendered at the March term 1893 of said Court in an action number 1122 pending in said Court, wherein W. T. Morrow &c and others were plaintiffs and W. B. M. Brooks and others were defendants it was ordered and adjudged that the property hereinafter described be sold and R. F. Hays, commissioner of said court, was directed to make the sale which was accordingly made as directed in said judgment on the 12th day of June 1893, and J. W. Stallings became the purchaser of said property at his bid of $3015 and said commissioner having made his report of said sale at the September term 1893 of said court, and the same having been confirmed at said term by a further order of said court, and the purchase money having been paid, said R. F. Hays was at the September term 1895 of said court appointed commissioner to convey said property for and on behalf of the said parties of the first part to the said J. W. Stallings.
Now for and in consideration of the premises aforesaid W. T. Morrow, assignee of W. B. M. Brooks &c, by said R. F. Hays, commissioner, do hereby sell and convey to the said J. W. Stallings, his heirs and assigns, the following described property situated and being in the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky, and bounded as follows, viz.
Beginning a a stone in the center of the turnpike at (C) on plat, thence North 88 1/2° West 113 poles to a stone in the original line and in the county road; thence North 20 1/4° East 205 poles to a stone in the center of the turnpike that leads to the depot; thence South 69 1/2° East 102 1/2 poles to the center of the unfinished turnpike; thence with the center of the unfinished turnpike South 21 1/2° West 15 poles; thence South 20 1/2° West 140 poles, thence South 6° West 14 poles to the beginning containing 120 1/4 acres.
Lot number 3. Beginning at a stone in the center of the turnpike that leads to the depot at (D) on plat; thence with the center of the turnpike North 69 1/2° West 23 1/2 poles; thence South 81 1/2° West 44 poles; thence South 68° West 12 3/4 poles to a stone in its original line; thence South 88 3/4° West 61 1/5 poles to a stone; thence with a line of the store house lot and depot lot South 2 3/4° West 30 poles to an iron corner to the railroad lot; thence North 86 1/2° West 3 poles to its east line of the railroad right of way; thence with the line of the railroad South 2 3/4° West 157 poles to a stone 33 feet from the center of the railroad; thence with the original line in the county road South 88 1/4° East 58 poles to a stone corner to No. 2; thence North 20 1/4° East 205 poles to the beginning containing 111 acres and 36 poles.
To have and to hold all the right, title, interest and claim of the parties of the first part in and to said property to the said J. W. Stallings, his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said R. F. Hays as commissioner as aforesaid has affixed his signature the day and year first above written.
