On 12 Sep 1893, William T. Morrow, as assignee of W. B. M. Brooks, and as plaintiff in a circuit court suit in which Brooks was a defendant, sold one tract of Brooks' land to E. E. Beeler, as shown below. These appear to be the tracts located on the northwest side of the drawing shown below.

This indenture made this 9th day of September in the year 1895 between W. T. Morrow, assignee of W. B. M. Brooks &c by R. F. Hays, commissioner of the Bullitt circuit court of the one part and E. E. Beeler of the other part.
Witnesseth that whereas by a judgment of the Bullitt circuit court rendered at the March term 1893 of said Court in an action number 1122 pending in said Court, wherein W. T. Morrow, assignee, and others were plaintiffs and W. B. M. Brooks and others were defendants it was ordered and adjudged that the property hereinafter described be sold and R. F. Hays, commissioner of said court, was directed to make the sale which was accordingly made as directed in said judgment on the 12th day of June 1893, and E. E. Beeler became the purchaser of said property at his bid of $855.60 and said commissioner having made his report of said sale at the September term 1893 of said court, and the same having been confirmed at said term by a further order of said court, and the purchase money having been paid, said R. F. Hays was at the September term 1893 of said court appointed commissioner to convey said property for and on behalf of the said parties of the first part to the said E. E. Beeler.
Now for and in consideration of the premises aforesaid the said W. T. Morrow, assignee of W. B. M. Brooks &c, by said R. F. Hays, commissioner, do hereby sell and convey to the said E. E. Beeler, his heirs and assigns, the following described property situated and being in the county of Bullitt and state of Kentucky, and bounded as follows, viz.
Lot No. 10. Beginning at a stone, one of the original corners at K on plat, thence North 2 3/4° East 137 1/2 poles to a stone, thence South 88 1/4° East 112 poles to a stone, thence South 2 3/4° West 69 1/3 poles to a stone, thence North 88 1/4° West 11 1/2 poles to a stone, thence South 2 3/4° West 66 1/4 poles to a stone in the original 400 acre line, thence North 88 1/4° West 105 1/2 poles to the beginning containing 92 1/2 acres.
To have and to hold all the right, title, interest and claim of the parties of the first part in and to the said property to the said E. E. Beeler, his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof the said R. F. Hays as commissioner as aforesaid has affixed his signature the day and year first above written.
